This project was a new home for a retiring couple relocating from Texas. The desire for a modern home that fit within the vernacular of crafted homes in Carmel was the challenge put to us. With modern forms and natural materials, the light filled, view oriented home fits within Carmel as a home rooted in the past and yet providing a vision for the future.
